“On cloud nine”, “Good things come to those who wait”, and “piece of cake” are but some of the idiomatic expressions that Grade 8 students learned to utilize in speaking and writing. During the first week of March, our students researched some of the most used idioms along with their pictures, and after playing a game of matching, the students presented their work on cardboards!
