Anthony Aweid, a student from ES1B and a dedicated runner, made an impressive mark in the world of athletics. He participated in more than 30 races and achieved podium finishes in 25 of them, demonstrating remarkable consistency and talent. Anthony was also a proud member of Al Shamal Club, where he competed and excelled in numerous competitions. Among his most notable achievements, he finished 4th in the U18 10km Ooredoo Marathon with a strong time of 43 minutes and claimed 1st place in the LSQ race. Anthony left an inspiring message for those who looked up to him, quoting, “If you REALLY WANT to achieve it, then you can.”
