My Second Family

A place that taught me to explore,

That holds a special place in my heart,
A place that encouraged me to learn more,

And helped me create this beautiful art.

A type of love I never knew existed.
A place I call my second home.
In my heart you reside, unassisted.

Unconditionally loved wherever I may roam,

The looming unknown remains a fear.
One that won’t forever remain unwritten,
I trust you to make it clear.
I trust you to keep me driven.

A paper and a pen, adventures and experiences,
Strangers becoming friends and dearly

Joy, sorrow, laughs and cries,

LSQ is forever my second family.
