The Cycle I parents were invited to have coffee with the Head of English Primary / Head of French Primary, Head of Preschool, and Cycle I Coordinators. The coffee was characterized by its profound aroma and fruitful aftertaste. The conversation was a reflection on standard-based reporting after its one-year implementation. The parents engaged in a fun activity that highlighted the difference between the above-mentioned method of reporting and grades and percentages. They also provided their feedback in small-group discussions, which resulted in many of them favoring standard-based, given its many advantages.
