In celebration of International Mental Health Awareness Day, the School Counseling Department organized activities across all school sections to promote emotional well-being and mindfulness. Students participated in various age-appropriate activities that range from guided meditation and breathing exercises to learning simple strategies for taking care of their minds, bodies, and hearts. The goal was to help students recognize the importance of balance, self-awareness, and emotional care in their daily lives.
As part of this initiative, teachers also received a small gesture of appreciation, reminding them to nurture their own mental health with the same care and attention they give to their students. This event was a wonderful opportunity to highlight our collective commitment to creating a compassionate and mentally healthy school environment.
