Assessment Moderation Workshop

As part of our ongoing effort to give every student the best learning experience, our KG2 teachers took part in a workshop focused on making sure assessments are fair and consistent. During the session, all teachers assessed the reading of the same student. This practical exercise sparked valuable conversations as teachers compared their observations, explored differences, and discussed how to align their approaches.

Accurate and consistent assessments not only ensure fairness but also help us identify learning gaps more effectively. This allows us to better tailor our teaching to meet each student’s needs and continuously improve the overall learning experience.

By learning from each other and fine-tuning our methods, we’re making sure every child is assessed in a way that truly reflects their growth. It’s just one of the ways we’re building a stronger, more supportive learning environment—together.
