In Grade 4, our students had a fun project with foam set squares. They took these cool tools to the playground to find things that make right angles, like corners or structures. Using the foam set squares to measure and check, they sketched these objects. It was a hands-on adventure that mixed outdoor play with learning about shapes and angles, making Math a lot more exciting for our Grade 4 kids.
