The academic year began with a two-week orientation and professional learning program for both new and returning staff. New colleagues were introduced to the school’s culture, policies, expectations, and teaching philosophy, while the second week focused on whole-school development, collaborative planning, and key priorities for the year ahead. Staff also took part in training on IB practices, inquiry-based learning, assessment, and data-informed instruction, reinforcing our shared commitment to continuous growth and high-quality learning experiences for all students.
