In this outdoor activity, KG2 students explored the fascinating world of plants through interactive centers designed to spark curiosity and foster a love for nature and science. They compared and sorted seeds by cutting open various fruits, examined the unique patterns and textures of leaves using a light table, and conducted experiments to understand how roots absorb water. Students also engaged their senses at a special station where they smelled and tasted a variety of herbs and fruits, deepening their appreciation for the plants that provide them. This hands-on experience encouraged exploration, observation, and discovery, making science and nature come alive.
