Interview with Mr. Harout Kelleyan

Mesrobian Varjanan is an Armenian school that LSQ hosts on Saturdays for the Armenian community. The school, which started 15 years ago with just three students, has now grown to accommodate 45, with a target of 50 this year. They aim to preserve their cultural identity and heritage through teaching the Armenian language. Armenians in Qatar, like other residents, feel secure and supported in this diverse and non-discriminatory environment, thanks to the leadership of Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

Below you can find the interview conducted with Mr. Harout Kelleyan, the director of this school. We would like to give our students from the SLC Media Department a major shoutout for all their assistance during the making of this video!
