The Eco Club Beach Cleanup Training Session

The Eco Club of the English Primary welcomed Mr. Jose Saucedo, the director of Doha Environmental Action Projects (DEAP) on February the 2nd.  Mr. Jose explained to our students about the global and local impact of plastic pollution and the different projects that can be implemented at school, in the neighborhood, and in the community to help save the environment. The students thanked Mr. Jose for his time and shared with him the Eco-Friendly Challenge Calendar they had worked on during their club meetings. The Eco Club will join forces with DEAP again on March 17, to help clean up the Singing Dunes.
