Child Development

As parents, our main aim is to protect our children, nurture them, and guide them to ensure their growth, independence, happiness, and success. Fostering a healthy relationship based on love, care, and trust, and building meaningful connections with them are essential factors for our children optimal development. In order to meet this end, there are certain actions that we can implement, such as:

  • prioritizing our relationship with them today and everyday
  • listening to them with empathy
  • encouraging them to express their feelings
  • playing together
  • eating meals together
  • saying ‘I love you’ and hugging them often
  • highlighting positive behavior
  • focusing on the efforts, not on the results
  • allocating 10 minutes a day to spend distraction-free time with them
